Introduction
As a Design Lead, I led the end-to-end design of a tech website for Microfluidics — transforming strategic business needs into an immersive digital experience.
From overseas sales meetings to define goals and audience insights, I developed the creative concept, curated visual assets, and designed a visual appealing and user-first website that captured the unique products and customized services of the Hicomp.
I collaborated closely with the R&D department to bring the design to life with smooth implementation, and also provided art direction across social media to ensure a consistent, engaging brand presence across channels.

Challenge
Results
· Boosted website performance: Increased daily traffic from 10–12 to 1,000+ within 3 months after website revamp, driving a 75% growth in customers from the site.
· Achieved top SEO results: Secured #1 Google organic search ranking without paid ads; post-ad launch, generated 7+ weekly client inquiries with a 70% conversion rate.
· Optimized acquisition costs: Reduced offline customer acquisition costs from $1,500+ to $200–300, gaining 4–5 additional long-term B2B clients under the same budget.
Original design
We conducted an audit of the original design and identified several issues — all pages were academic paragraphs which were causing distraction, and the CTA failed to meet accessibility standards, among other oncerns.
